Battery life

"The Reach RX2 is a great tool; small, lightweight, easy to use and generally works great in the US. However, the battery doesn’t always last a full day while our previous Reach RX lasted a few days before charging. Weather conditions are hot and sometimes it sits on the bi-pod all day. Sometimes it will disconnect the bluetooth randomly. These inconveniences don’t outweigh the value of this product."

Great Customer Service - Top notch company

"I ordered my Reach RX2 and it was delivered somewhere else. The address was right. I fought with the delivery company for about a week, let Emlid know and they sent me a replacement. As for the RX2, it has worked flawlessly and easy to setup. Highly recommend."

Reach RX2

"Our team are complete novices to using GNSS although we are experienced with traditional GPS. We have found the setup to be extremely user friendly and we able to train our team members easily. Our team uses specially trained dogs to search and locate unmarked graves in historic cemeteries and old cold criminal cases. We are using the RX 2 record the exact location of the dog alerting on the odor of human remains. Because the locations are "unmarked" it is vital to have an exact location which the RX2 is delivering."

Reach RX2 and ESRI Field Maps

"We have a RX2 and RX unit. We like both units for the most part. We have recently started having issues with connectivity between the unit and Field Maps. Assuming this is a bluetooth issue. Overall we like the units, especially for the price. We use RTK network to get accurate results."
