Shipping policy

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days once we receive a full payment. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chicago. Delivery by Fedex, UPS usually takes around 2-7 business days. The shipping lead time may vary depending on the destination city. As soon as the order gets shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Sometimes a product can be out of stock; you will then see «On backorder» status for this product. You can find the estimated shipping date in the product description.
