Online, we only accept PayPal. All transactions are in USD (United States Dollars). It usually takes a couple of seconds for money to arrive via Paypal.

Final order price includes all costs except import taxes and duties, which are usually paid upon receipt of the goods. If you don’t know your country’s import terms, please contact your local customs office for the info.
Place an order with direct bank transfer as payment method. Then write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org to proceed with ordering without prepayment.
Orders are normally shipped in 1 business day after we receive a full payment. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Delivery by DHL and FedEx usually takes 2-5 days, Registered Mail and Airpost — 3-5 weeks. After the order gets shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Sometimes a product can be out of stock, you will then see «On backorder» status for this product. You can find estimated shipping date in the product description.
Contact us immediately when you find a mistake. After shipping the order, we can’t do anything about it.
Emlid has more than 20 dealers around the world. Go to the page with the list of dealers, find the desired product and see if somebody sells it in your country or nearby.
Money will be refunded if you cancel your order during first 2 hours after it was made. If the parcel was shipped we can only replace an item if it is proven to have a manufacturing defect.
If device doesn’t work properly — contact us. We will help you with troubleshooting and will arrange a replacement, if needed. Warranty period is 60 days for Navio2 and Reach, and 1 year for Edge, Reach RS+, and Reach RS2.
